We are always interested in hearing from experienced fire safety professionals who want to do the work properly.

We carry out fire risk assessments and related fire safety work across London. Our assessors work on site rather than from a central office, covering a patch of boroughs and managing their own diaries within agreed schedules.
The work suits people who are comfortable making judgement calls on real buildings, explaining those calls to property managers who are not fire safety specialists, and writing them up clearly.
Carrying out assessments across residential, commercial and mixed-use premises, and producing the reports that follow. Relevant qualifications and demonstrable experience across a range of building types are essential.
Inspection, remedial work and installation of fire doors, working to the relevant standards and documenting what was done.
Design, installation, testing and certification of emergency lighting systems in occupied buildings.
Handling enquiries, scheduling assessors efficiently across London, and keeping clients informed from first call through to report delivery.
We review your experience against the roles we currently have open, follow up with a conversation about the buildings you have worked on, and for assessor roles will usually discuss a sample assessment you have written (suitably anonymised). We check qualifications and registrations before making an offer.
We do not always have a vacancy open, but we keep details of good people on file. Send your CV and a short note about the work you are looking for to [email protected], with the role in the subject line. If you would rather talk first, call 01748220381.
We are an equal opportunities employer. If you need an adjustment at any stage of the process, tell us and we will arrange it — see our Accessibility page.
