Working with us

We carry out fire risk assessments and related fire safety work across London. Our assessors work on site rather than from a central office, covering a patch of boroughs and managing their own diaries within agreed schedules.

The work suits people who are comfortable making judgement calls on real buildings, explaining those calls to property managers who are not fire safety specialists, and writing them up clearly.

Roles we recruit for

Fire Risk Assessors

Carrying out assessments across residential, commercial and mixed-use premises, and producing the reports that follow. Relevant qualifications and demonstrable experience across a range of building types are essential.

Fire Door Inspectors & Installers

Inspection, remedial work and installation of fire doors, working to the relevant standards and documenting what was done.

Emergency Lighting Engineers

Design, installation, testing and certification of emergency lighting systems in occupied buildings.

Client Support

Handling enquiries, scheduling assessors efficiently across London, and keeping clients informed from first call through to report delivery.

What we look for

Appropriate qualifications and registration for the role, kept current.
Real experience of the building types you would be assessing.
The confidence to record an honest finding, including when it is unwelcome.
Clear written English — reports are read by people who must act on them.
A full UK driving licence for site-based roles across the London boroughs.

How we hire

We review your experience against the roles we currently have open, follow up with a conversation about the buildings you have worked on, and for assessor roles will usually discuss a sample assessment you have written (suitably anonymised). We check qualifications and registrations before making an offer.
